RETURNS & CHANGES
You can return or change any product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Custom-made products created to order for the customer, such as products with engraving for instance, are excluded from exchanges or refunds.
Change in store (Greece):
You can make a change with a product of equal or greater value in its store Loisir, by returning the product along with the authenticity card or receipt. The difference in money (if any) is paid at the store. Changes are only accepted at Loisir stores, and not at any point of sale. You can find out about the possibility of change by contacting either the store that serves you or the Eshop.
Change through Eshop (Greece):
To make a change through Eshop the procedure is as follows:
1) Send the product through ELTA Courier at the recipient’s charge to the address you will find at the bottom of this page.
2) You choose a product of equal or greater value from our site and inform us of your choice.
3) As soon as we receive the product you returned, we will send you the new product. The new shipment is made with ELTA Courier and has a surcharge of € 3,5. Upon delivery of the new product, you will pay the courier the shipping costs (3.5 €) + the difference in price of the products (if any). If you do not wish the change to be made through ELTA Courier, you can send us the product by courier of your choice and your own charge and then we will send you the new product for free.
If you want to make a return or change of the products you received please contact us by phone at +30 2316 0 10001 (Customer service, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) or via the contact form. For your own convenience, please indicate your order number and your complete details.
You can receive a refund for online orders that will be returned within 14 days through our Eshop. No refund can be made to a physical store. The refund process is as follows:
1) Send the product with a courier company of your choice at your own expense to the address you will find at the bottom of this page.
2) Once we receive and check that the product is in its original condition, a refund will be made. If you paid by card or PayPal, the refund will be the same as you paid. If you paid by cash on delivery or deposit, the refund will be made to your bank account within 14 days
Changes / Refunds for orders outside Greece:
For returns / changes outside Greece you must send the product with a courier company of your choice, and you will be charged with shipping costs. If you want a change with a new product, the new shipment is made with DHL and has a charge of € 12 for Europe and € 24 for countries outside Europe. If you want a refund this will be done in the same way you paid, once we receive the product you return.
We advise you to send your returns with a secure registered shipment and always keep the shipment number of the parcel until we confirm its receipt by us.
Loisir is not responsible for any losses or damages during the shipping of your returns. All products are your responsibility from the moment of receipt until the moment we receive the return.
All returns must be made in their original and complete packaging with the authenticity cards, and the products must be exactly in their original condition, as you received them. All return products are checked upon receipt
In case you receive a defective product, Loisir offers a complete replacement with a new product or a refund. In this case, please contact us in order to find a solution.
