HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

The process of an online purchase from the Loisir e-shop is very simple:

1. On each page you will see the Menu. There you can navigate to the product categories that interest you (necklaces, watches, rings, etc.)

2. After selecting the product you are interested in, click the “Add to cart” button. Once you have selected all the products you want, go to the cart icon that you will find at the top right of the page, and there select either “Checkout” if you want to proceed with the order, or Go to cart “to see your cart and make changes.

3. Having entered the “Checkout” stage, you will need to fill in all the required fields in the “Billing Details”. Then, you choose the payment method you want, and if you have any remarks about the delivery of the order or any other issue, write it in the field “Order notes”

4. After filling in all the required information, you must select the two boxes regarding the acceptance of the terms of use and the privacy policy, because otherwise the order can not be completed. Click on the “Place order” button, and you will immediately receive a confirmation email that will show your order number along with all its details.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT?

To send a Loisir gift to another recipient, follow these steps:

1) Put the product in your cart and proceed to the checkout to complete your online order.

2) In the Billing Details field, fill in your own details.

3) Click on the box that says “Send to another address”, and in the fields that will appear fill in the details of the recipient that you want to receive the gift. Important: Because there is no field for the recipient’s phone number but it is required for delivery, you write it the last field called “Order Notes”

4) In the last field with the “Order Notes” you can write us anything you want, such as remarks about the courier or if you want the receipt to be sent only to you via email and not to be sent with the gift. Also if you want us to put a card with text, write it to us here.

5) Choose payment as payment by card, PayPal or bank deposit and complete your order.

HOW DO I MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

You can track the progress of your order with the following procedure:

1) Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with the shipping number of your order. (Example: WF123456789GR)

2) Enter the website of ELTA Courier by clicking here or by clicking on the link in the email you received, enter the shipping number and click on the Search button. You can see where your parcel is, and if you want you can contact the ELTA Courier store in your area for more information on delivery.

3) For orders delivered outside Greece, you can track your order via the DHL website by clicking here or by clicking the link in the email you received.
